From the 1st September to the 3rd KaTutandike Uganda engaged over 70 women and girls with disabilities from Luwero district in a bee keeping training. The training included topics ranging from apiary management, quality control at harvest and post harvest stages and the basics of marketing and distribution. This was intended to ensure that the participants are equipped with the required knowledge & skills before they receive beekeeping start-up kits. KaTutandike Uganda would like to thank all its partners especially the donor, Project Inspire and the Luwero local government for making the training possible.
