TRAINING IN HONEY PRODUCTION AND QUALITY CONTROL

As a continuation of the introductory training on honey processesing, Green and White Enterprise trained KTU staff on the honey processing culture and quality control, this took place on 13th November 2013. The training included the (“Dos’ and Don’ts”) and the use of a refractometer for measuring quality of honey and a sealer which is used to seal up the honey packaging jars. After the training, KTU declared its ability to produce and package the best quality honey.
