Ka Tutandike Uganda organized successful two-day training in honey processing and bee keeping in September, at the KTU office. The training was carried out in partnership with Green and White enterprises - experts in bee keeping and honey processing. In attendance were all KTU staff, deaf youth from Masaka and the different KTU beneficiary association representatives from Kalerwe, Ggaba, Nakawa and Kamwokya markets. The training covered areas from learning about different varieties of bees, to honey harvesting, processing and packing and the marketing after production.
