Laura is a prominent lawyer by training and an active advocate for Human Rights. She started an NGO that provides legal services for persons with disabilities; Legal Action for Persons with Disabilities (LAPD) as its Director. Laura has been a partner of Ka Tutandike since its inception in 2006. She brings to the KTU board institutional memory and legal expertise. |
